By accessing or using the WooCommerce Recommendation Plugin (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Our Service allows you to enhance your e-commerce platform with automated product recommendations. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

User Responsibilities
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
Compliance: You must ensure your use of the plugin complies with all applicable WooCommerce standards and regional data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA).
Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the product data processed through our recommendation engine.

Subscription & Billing
Our Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).
Renewal Cycles
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WooRec and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WooRec, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
